July Meetup
Thursday Jul 22, 2010
Hosted by Daniel Fenwick
A group for individuals from 'up North' who want to discuss and share experiences and techniques in cybercrime forensics.
It's aimed at forensic practitioners, students, security professionals and anyone else who may have an interest in investigating the traces we all leave behind on electronic equipment.
“ Very knowledgeable group including many practitioners in the field and related fields ”
You can join groups on Meetup using your Facebook account.
"I like the idea of the competitions and challenges. It's handy to have something from a third party to use to check and develop your skills...."
"Did anyone look at this competition promoted by the BBC recently/enter/solve it? https://cybersecurity... What do others think - is it a gimmick or a great idea? Kathy"
"Thanks again for running the discussion last night. It's been really interesting to talk and think through the psychological links with cybercrime and investigations."
"Contrary to yesterday's automated reminder, the topic has been decided! Once again, we'll be on the ground floor for a very interesting discussion talking about the psychological aspects of cybercrime and cybercrime investigations...."

We don't have a Meetup scheduled.
